The widget itself: one script tag — AI chat, voice with a mic button, the "book a demo" quick action, "talk to a specialist" click-to-call with YOUR real company number, image answers overlaid on the page, and the live video avatar (see §4).

She's there before you even speak

the widget's face circle plays this same silent loop the moment the chat opens — Lisa blinking, breathing, listening — at ZERO streaming cost. The paid live stream (lips in sync, answering) starts only when a genuine sales conversation begins. Visitors get the WOW instantly; the meter only runs for real prospects.

One script tag, any platform

(Shopify, WordPress, Wix, custom): <script src="https://yourcompany.zanus.ai/widget.js"> — chat, voice, forms, booking, in one bundle, auto dark/light, speaking the language of the page it sits on.

The live video avatar — the WOW feature

turn it on and the voice becomes a PERSON — a photoreal talking face, streamed live, lips in sync, that pauses when you interrupt. The button becomes "Speak with Lisa". (This is the feature Salesforce shows off. Ours also switches pages, shows product images as overlays, books meetings and generates quotes — theirs doesn't.)

Her backdrop, your choice

the face is streamed cleanly and composited in the widget — pick the backdrop in Settings: a professional office (default), your brand color, your own picture from the media library, or the chat theme itself so she floats natively in the widget.

Protected spend

the live video is metered per minute and the Settings panel tells you the exact credit cost BEFORE you enable it. An AI bot-gate qualifies every visitor first — the expensive stream never plays for bots or competitors, only for genuine, qualified visitors. Scope it to sales conversations only (default) or every chat. Per-page kill switch (data-avatar="off") for the webmaster.

Voice mode

tap the mic and TALK — realtime voice with instant barge-in (interrupt mid-sentence, it stops and listens), mic device picker, volume control.

Conversation persistence

close the tab, come back tomorrow — the conversation is right there.

Image answers as page overlays with a lightbox; "End chat" with confirmation; configurable CTA button ("Connect me with a sales rep"); privacy footer; "Talk to a specialist" click-to-call using your REAL company number.
